The repair begins with a total dismantling of every component of the car, with the total paint stripping of the body and the disassembling and disassembling and washing of all mechanical parts. We then carry out the repair of metal-sheet plates, replacing all the required plates with new original ones. All welds are performed on original bench – jig to ensure perfect axial geometry. After this, we proceed with mechanical and electrical revision, with new painting, new upholstery and every detail, thus obtaining a new car just out of the factory, which is even released with a written twelve months warranty. The spare parts warehouse is always fully-stocked: you can find all parts of each model as well as unavailable spare parts that our company reproduces ex novo. Mechanical revisions are carried out by skilled and experienced operators. Particular attention is devoted to the housing of the engine, subjected to magnetic flux testing, to leveling operations in the bearings, boring operations in the housings, remaking of the threads and of the chambers. The relative mechanical components such as: crankshafts, connecting rods, cylinders and pistons, distribution gears, oil pump, synchronizers, ring and pinion, differential box to name the most important are normally replaced with new original spare parts in order to achieve the best results concerning reliability and performance to ensure full guarantee.
